Do you offer free shipping?
Herradura Western wear offers free shipping for all orders in the contingent US (excluding HI, PR, AK, GU, VI orders).

For the excluded states and destinations, there is a $12 flat shipping fee.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from multiple locations in the United States to ensure the fastest delivery times possible. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately based on their warehouse location. We process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Herradura Western wear offers hassle free returns and exchanges (excluding HI, PR, AK, GU, VI orders).

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 60 days (from order date) for another size or width, or for a full refund.

Herradura Western wear only allows 1 exchange per order. If the new exchanged item does not work out for you, it can still be returned for a full refund.

You must return the item back using the Herradura Western wear return label. If you wish to ship the return package via another carrier, Herradura Western wear will not be responsible for the shipping charges and will not refund those costs.
Final Sale Policy

Final Sale products are non-refundable and do not qualify for the 60-Day Wear Test. All sales for products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
